I don't know how reliable the number is but I like it...

I'm going to the lab tomorrow for a "real" one - I hope it is as good.

I hope the results get here quicker too - I mailed my sample to Biosafe on 9/15 - they told me that it took over two weeks to arrive.

I was 7.0 in May.

I did one of the home A1c tests (Biosafe) on the same day that I had blood drawn for a local lab test. I did this just to see if the home kits were accurate. When I got the results they were identical.

I got mine through drugstore.com - $23.99US.

I had blood drawn this morning for another a1c. Not exactly the same day (I did the home test on 9/15) but close enough for a comparison.

I'll let you know how my "real" lab test comes out.
