Well, this one, my first pump, lasted 8 months. The piston sticks at the 200 unit mark. Won't prime or bolus past it. This is the 2nd time this week, it gives a no delivery error every time at the 200unit mark. I've just been too busy to deal with it and I just refill to 310 units (a bit past the 300 unit mark). It happened again a few hours ago, and I called Minimed. I'll have a new one delivered Monday morning. No biggie.

I was going to start my 722 on Friday but when I went to prime it didn't recognize a filled reservoir and just kept priming. I also called MM and will have one on Monday also. :D

Did you guys have to send the old one back to MM? If not...a free pump, thats awesome!

Hmmmm that is so weird. I have had my 715 for a year in December. Wonder if I should call for my new one soon.

Yep, you sure do! Sometimes it could even be Fedex dropping one off and UPS right behind them literally picking your old one up.

Does MM set it up to be picked up? I know when I was using my Animas they sent the package along with the new pump, and you had to contact DHL for pick up.

No, MM sends a pre-paid UPS label with the replacement pump.

Yeah, when my 508 stopped taking button inputs (back in 2003, it was still providing basal), MM arranged for FedEx to have one waiting for me at work the next day (and it was) and they included a return shipping box as well. I literally had to do nothing more than make a phone call.

MM's shipping to me is a bit weird. I have returned many pumps and most of the time it's a prepaid shipping label with box. Two of the times it was dropped off by Fedex and picked up by UPS. One of the times it was literally dropped off by Fedex and the next minutes UPS was there to pick up. I told him he had to return because I couldn't just hand over my pump without setting up the new one.

With me they go back and forth with who ships my supplies. Usually, it's UPS but on the occasion it's Fedex.

What irks me the most is I have been getting supplies for awhile now directly through MM and 95% of the time UPS just delivers and the other 5% all of a sudden they need a signature and won't leave anything without it. It amazes me that after several attempts of delivering and no one home they eventually leave it.
