Which one is the MOST ACCURATE CGMS? Minimed?Dexcom?Anything else?

That is like asking which is more accurate, the Freestyle Flash or the One Touch Ultra BG meter. Basically studies go both ways on the devices. At this time I think they are both equally accurate, it's just which is more convenient in terms of functions.
