Today I put a fresh cartridge in the pump (306 u) at 5:30 am. It is now 2 pm and I still have 215 u i it. Only 91 u for 11 hours. The BG's have been running pretty good but not in my target range, the high has been 158 after lunch. Looks like I might make it till after supper tonight before I need another cartridge!!!! Sell your Lilly stock......lol

This morning I still had 50 u left from the cartridge I put in yesterday morning......250 u for a day!!!! A new low!!!!! Can't figure out what is going on, unless my pancreas got back from vacation and the antibodies left for vacation. Fasting BG this morning was 130 and a small correction bolus brought down to 90 before breakfast.

How long have you been taking that much Insulin?

What are you eating to need that much?

If I remember correctly, he was upwards of 400+ units a day before. Congrats. I l know how you feel. I bounce around from 60 units to 135 units a day depending on what I'm doing or eating. I hate those 85+ unit days.
