I'm not real sure what I did right....
a small loss of 8 pounds in 3 months.
Blood pressure went from 156/88 to 116/88.
Triglycerides went fron 240 to 139!
VLDL (bad cholesterol) went from 48 to 27!
Overall cholesterol lost just 1 point, 170 to 169. Alot better than the 229 it was a year ago.
I started on metformin this past May but nothing for cholesterol. I did change jobs recently. I'm no longer on-call nights and weekends, just a straight 40 hours for the most part. Maybe it was more stress than I thought it was.
