So for a couple of months now I've had this weird feeling where if I look up into the corner of my eyes (like looking up toward where the hour hand would be at 1:30), my brain feels like it "freezes" for less than a second and then everything goes back to normal, but I do tend to have that disconnected feeling like when I'm low. I check my bg right after and I'm never low, so it's a weird feeling that I just chalked up to maybe being tired or stressed.
Then last night I was sitting on my bed, playing with PJ, and I was looking at her nose. All of a sudden the little dents on the sides of her nose started strobing. I got that disconnected feeling again, laid my head back until the feeling went away, and was fine. That strobing I just can't get out of my head that it was a sign of something else being wrong.
Anyone else ever have a strobing visual like that, out of nowhere? I stay away from strobe lights because they bring on migraines in me (I have a migraine disorder that originates in the same part of the brain that seizures do, so strobes trigger the migraines much like they would trigger a seizure).
I can't find any reference to strobing vision with Dr. Google, other than the possibility of retinal detachment...that's a scary thought! But it's not constant, and happens only occasionally... thoughts?
