Eyes!

So i had my eyes photographed. In a direct translation they call it eyebottomphotography, to check for changes in the eye and the vessels right. So, they told me my right eye is normal, but in the left "there might possibly be a small, light change. we don't think it's necesarry to check again until 2 years". That was a quote. Should i panick? Do i have to stop lifting heavy weights? I need to do weight lifting! aaaah.

Im seeing my doctor in a few weeks, but i thought i'd ask you all as well.
