Free Insulin

Hi There,

Recently a friend of mine, a life long friend i really trust, gave me a box of Humalog. It is within it's expiry date and the box is sealed. I can also vouch for the fact that it has been kept refrigerated. Still, should I consider using it??

I'm confused. Do you use Humalog anyway? If yes, why not use it? You said it's seeled, you trust the friend, it's been refridgerated, and it's not expired. So what's the issue?

I'm actually using Novorapid but I'm thinking of trying humalog cause it works faster

They're actually near identical. I use Novolog but I've borrowed Humalog from a friend before when I was in a squeze and noticed no difference.

Ditto what Funnygrl says. I've used both back and forth for a while now.
