With my high BP the dr gave me meds to take for that. The first one "Avalide" had some drug in it that reacted with my body to cause insulin resistence. So he started me on lisinipril and avapro. I went to Wal Mart last night and bought a BP testing kit. My BP before was 140/80.....last night it was 118/60 :D

120/80 is a standard safe reading. I'm not sure of the range though... mine is always a little lower than that.

120/60 is a good reading for the norm. Look up Blood Pressure on Google. You will find a better explaination of whats the norm or not the norm for the 2 readings Distolic and Histolic. Each one has a different interpretation and the combination of the 2 gives a good indication of the hearts pumping in and pumping out characteristics

Your readings seem to be just fine. Wish I had the same
