I'm a 27 year old male (Type 1) and currently take Fish oils... would like to start taking multivitamins to supplement the "not so always perfect" diet....

which ones should I get?

not me...thanks for the link... not too much info on which vitamins to take though.... as far as brands go....

My multi vitamin currently is CVS brand, women's formula.
