Luckily, nothing I eat was on that list. However, my favorite "Chicken Scalopini" from Macaroni Grill has more fat that you should eat in three days in it. I was so sad.... :(

Aside from the portion size, what was wrong with most of those? Simple solution: don't eat it all. There's nothing wrong with most of those foods that a little self-control wouldn't solve (as long as you don't eat them every day, of course).

I'm not a fan of junk food really. I hate mcdonalds the only things I sometimes eat are probably chips but then again not really fan of those and I like subway and I like some chinese food

And people ***** about the government taking control of what we eat (with New York outlawing trans fats). Obviously they need to step in because we can't make good decisions for ourselves. Somebody is eating this ****, or else it wouldn't be on the menu. Some of that stuff had over 5000mg of sodium. No wonder heart disease is the number one killer of americans.
