Anyone know what percentage in range we should be? I thought 80% was pretty good but my Endo isn't impressed  She avoided answering what percentage she thought was "good"

I guess it entirely depends on how tight your ranges are. AACE (American Society of Clinical Endocrinologists) recommend 70-110 (4-6 mmol) pre-meal and below 140 (7.7 mmol) at 2 h post-meal.

I had a doctor once who wanted 100% below 10/180. So do I!

Well, my range is 80-180 set up on the Copilot software, which is giving me the 80% in range. Of course I would like to be a better range like 80-120 at all times but I dont think that is realistic for me right now because I check alot trying to tweak things.

If I check 2hrs post meal, I know that I am higher than the desired 120 but by hour 3 I will be in my range. So, I guess an in "range" of 80% could mean alot of different things. If my range were the 80-120 like WE ALL HOPE FOR, I wouldn't currently be in the 80% in range......Hmm, I will have to think about this some more. I know I am usually highest after dinner, alot of "out of ranges" there, which is what I am focusing on. So, maybe I should change my range in the Copilot software to what I really want, 80-120 and see what is says then, I probably wont like it!
