I recently discovered a good treat to help me get through the holidays! It is EMERALD GLAZED WALNUTS in brownie flavor. They are sold near the candy section in our market.
1/4 cup has 11 grams of fat, heavy in omega 3's and only 12 grams of carb. At 140 calories (because of the fats) you can't do it too often, but I don't get a spike like I do with real brownies. A nice treat to have with coffee while out shopping.
Just thought I'd share. Anyone else have snack ideas to help with holiday overload? :eating:
