I woke up today feeling terrible. Now i went out last night dancing, but i had 1 drink. I feel like I have the hangover to beat all hangovers. sickness, major headache I can hardly move my head about it aches so much.
My bg when I woke up was 5.mmol. I'm thinking mayb I went really low in my sleep. or maybe its a migrane.
Anyone else ever felt this bad and think it might be from going low int he night?

It could very well be that you dropped a bit low while you were asleep. This happens to me too and I end up with a terrible headache.
Hope you feel better before your presentation!

Lots of drinks can trigger a low. I bet it was a low.
And if I have a low... actually my lows are like 100 (normal)
I get a massive headache.

Lately that has happened to me as well even if I don't drink very much. I think its normal. Sometimes even aspirin doesn't work well either.

Aww Laura, That's no good at all. So I guess that you're OK now. Having too many drinks can make you low as I have a friend who was so drunk he cannot get up and so tested him.
Now he is not a diabetic but he had a resalt of 3 MMOL/L!!! GAHD!!!! Now that's a real lesson in getting drunk.
I am glad that you are OK laur. :)
