Hi my name is nkjoshi I joined the club today. I am dibetic and taking the following medicine

Amryal 2mg before breakfast
Cetapin 1000 mg after break fast
Cetapin 500 mg after dinner

1. my sugar level is normal in morning but at 11.30 am it goes down immediately i take some glucose or fruit juice
2. after lunch it is higher side 170-180
3. again at about 6 pm it again goes down immediately I take some juice or glucose.

please suggest me what to do?
