Interesting and scary at the same time.. It may be telling why my sudden change in fasting levels and longer delay in returning to normal. None of which is a good sign! I don't think I like this disease.

Larry, I've NEVER liked this disease. Even after 19 years of co-existing with it.

T'was an interesting article. Does anyone have links to any material on what I call the "yo-yo" effect? This is my biggest problem. My BG runs up and down from the 60s to the 200s with the same regimen. The Endo has never been able to explain this other than to say, "That happens sometimes".

On what scale do you see these changes? I've seen a similar oscillatory effect on the scale of roughly six weeks, with my average BS changing around 10 points peak to trough. Is this what you're describing?
