In July i'm going to Bulgeria and its going to be really hot. Is there anything I can buy that will keep my pens cool as I will have them with me all the time

The Frio pouches are pretty good. They "charge" up with water and last many days.

Never heard of those frio things before...
What I do is take a silvery coated little bag, because that reflects light and heat and just put in one of those freeze blocks in there with the pens. Lasts long enough and normally does the job fine. You don't have to worry about keeping the insulin cool, as long as its not too warm... My doctors said room temp is fine.
I second the recommendation for Frio bags. I use one when traveling, and they work great! Do a web search and you'll find plenty of vendors to order from, in all sizes and colors.

I can definitely recommend the Frio bags! They last long and all you need is some cold water to activate them. And it's available in many different sizes. I have a Frio bag that fits 2 pens, and another bigger Frio bag that can hold several pen cartridges- bought it before a long flight a while ago. It's great, re-useable and also quite environmental.
