I was thinking about trying The Zone Diet. I want to know has anyone tried this diet and had success.:cool:

Big Sigh. This is just another diet!
Just eat healthily and count carbs combined with exercise. Honestly, diets don't work.
Another thing you could do is pm Soso on here and ask for advice. She knows what she is talking about.
