My name is Kim and I have been a type one diabetic for 16 years. I currently write about diabetes for ABCNews.com and feel very lucky to have found this site. Not only does it help me deal with my own diabetes management but it helps me to know what people are talking about so that my articles are more relevant. I hope this site is helpful for everyone, as it can be frustrating to deal with it on your own sometimes.
