I have been a lurker since 6/07,since i was diagnosed with Type 2:eek: While lurking this group has help me alot with understanding,this disease.I look forward to participating in this group.

I only lurked for a few days -- hopefully, you'll soon be glad you joined! I'm sure you'll find people very much like yourself; sometimes it's better to not feel quite so unique!

With my life style change in eating habits (not a Diet) and exercise along with the metformin.my blood sugar control is pretty good right.who knows tomorrow it could be a different story.
