Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

I am planning to start EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) psychotherapy very shortly in helping me deal with anxiety issues. I would like to know if there are others who have tried this method and the results they achieved.

I had never hear of EMDR, so I read up on it at EMDR Institute, Inc. (http://www.emdr.com). Sounds very interesting. Please let us have your feedback.
