Ads in forums

I am interested in something. I keep seeing ads in the forums that promote products that may or may not work. Can anyone post that they have tried one and whether it works. I am especially interested in the natural products.

Probably best to post any products you've seen specifically by name.

The best thing I can say for natural cures & remedies is that they take a LOT of belief. I have trouble mustering that in sufficient quantities to get much out of them. Need to see the studies done by reputable groups over time.
