Well, my suggestion was going to be cheese and meats, but since you're tired of them let's see if we can find something else, lol!
Sugar-free Jello
Dannon makes a "carb-control" yogurt now w/ 3-5 gms/carbs. It also has splenda. Not the best yogurt I've ever eaten, but it doesn't seem to affect my sugars and it fills my stomach w/ something.
There are veggies: the general rule is 1 cup of raw veggies = 15 gms carbs. I've seen some debate over whether some, such as lettuce (yum!), cucumbers and celery really fall in w/ that carb measurement. Other veggies, such as carrots and tomatoes tend to be a bit sweeter, so higher in carb content.
I think if you can find things that have 5 or less gms/carbs you might find these foods don't adversely affect your control. Thanks to the new low-carb craze, there's a lot more options out there than there used to be, although some of it tastes like $&*^.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help,

Hmmmm i remember hearing during the Adkins craze all the people eating pork rind and the variety of flavors....if you like them great it not that is the only thing i can think of off the top of my head.
There are very few foods that have zero carbs, Dobson, but lots of things that have low, and therefore acceptable, amounts of carbs. Plain meats don't have carbs, but many sandwich meats do - read the labels and make sure they don't contain grain fillers or sugars. Cheese, too, contains some carbs. I'm not suggesting you shouldn't eat cheese - it's one of my favourite snacks - I'm just saying you have to consider the carbs in them if you're into carb counting, as I am.
Other favourite snacks of mine are small amounts of macadamia nuts (expensive, unfortunately, but among the lowest of all nuts in carb content - 3 grams per 1/4 cup) or a small handful of almonds which I often have with a single square of Lindt 85% cocoa butter chocolate (2 grams carbs per square). Because there's so little sugar in the chocolate, it doesn't taste nearly as sweet as regular chocolate but you soon get used to it, and it's delicious with the almonds. The small cups of pre-made jello are completely carb free and they're good with a little whipping cream poured over the top. Another favourite is a handful of raw snap peas (the edible pod peas). I can buy packages at Safeway that are pre-washed and ready to eat. Regular peas are too high in carbs for a low carb diet, but the snow peas or snap peas are perfect.
So there's some ideas for you. Hope at least one will appeal to you.

A big bowl of sugar free jello works for me. Plenty of different flavors to chose from and I eat just what I want and stick the bowl back in the fridge. Makes it easier to keep my hands out of the cookie and candy jar when I can grab the bowl and have a few bites.

I'm sorry, I said 1 cup of raw veggies is 15 gms/carbs, that was a typo, it's actually only 5 gms/carbs.
Sorry!

While a little is usually okay for me, eating more than one serving in a day can have detrimental effects on the digestive system. Can you say "stomache ache?" Sure. I knew you could!

Veggies is the main other one I go with.
Mostly though, I eat cheese and meat and just use different types of crackers to change the texture/taste.
Although sugar free jello is good, I prefer Sugar Free Jello Instant puddings>>> Chocolate Please:thumbsup:
They are 9 Gms Carbs per serving

Cottage Cheese with a lightly salted rice cake. rice cake=7g carbs, cottage cheese, fat free=0carbs, but if you like a little more taste, the 4% cottage cheese with chives only has 5g carbs in 1/2 cup. Sometimes I even eat that for lunch! a light lunch at that, but still quite tasty! Gotta love cheese...behold, the power of cheese.

Salsa... nice and spicy and carb free. Now, to find something very low carb to dunk into it besides celery.
