If MM sends me a free copy, I'll send mine to you if you'd like. I bought my own copy a few weeks ago. You would have to wait a few days, because I won't get my new pump until Monday . . . and I don't know that they'll definitely send it. (I don't know about postage rates from Canada to us.) May not be that bad.
