last eye checkup showed slight bleeding--never before. Not bad enough for surgery, but will watch. My nurse I sent latest readings to said with this not to do weights, sit-ups, running. Mainly just walking. Said those things could make it worse. Am suppose to do weights for osteopsorosis and arthritis. So what am I to do? Has anyone else been told this?
Also, I asked her about my baby aspirin a day, she checked with endoc. and they said to discontinue the aspirin. I noticed in the past it caused lots of bleeding in hands and arms when bumped.
I had this whole thing someplace else, but was afraid no one would reply. Need some advice--please. Don't know what to do anymore. So many conflicting things.:confused:
