Pfizer is offering a Co-Pay card for patients using Lipitor. This card, when shown to the pharmacist, will reduce your co-pay by as much as $15 for up to 12 times per year.

Also, for those who take Prevacid for acid reflux or GERD, TAP Pharmaceutical has a similar arrangement. They offer up to $25 in savings on each prescription and refill.

You may want to check other web sites for the prescription you take to see if they also have similar programs.

I guess Pfizer can afford to do this as Lipitor is much more expensive than the cheap off-patent generic alternatives. Pfizer is effectively buying customers at the expense of medical insurance companies. Isn't this unfair trading?
