Excuse the directness of the question, but what is her sub-q (fat) level like? The silouhettes are usually best for those with little fat, as they go in at an angle, while the cleo 90 go in straight, not sure about the inset... but i am sure some one else does :)

I used Silhouettes and I used the serter. I think I would have had issues with putting the set in with out it, however with the serter the sets were not bad. The serter for Sils is intimidating but it often hurt less then an injection. I never had problems with the set falling out either.
I don't have experience with the other sets. Someone else will have to help there. FunnyGrl has used many of the different kinds of sets. If she doesn't see this post think about pm-ing her. :)
