I was wondering how to log of meals/foods that have fat included, that may cause the delayed effect of the carbs.
I know the real answer is "it depends" on me and my responses to fatty foods. But I am currently trying to deal with probably too many erratic factors to be able to really seperate this effect. But I would like to start with some rough logging to see if I can see some patterns there. Is there an amount where the effect will generally kick in. Anyone have some ballpark figure to suggest?
I know for sure pizza does this to me. But I am thinking all the other foods I eat, I have little ideas when to take notice of the fat or not. Would a certain grammage be a place to start? Should I look at the ratio of fat vs carbs? Ideas appreciated :)
PS I found the stuff on fats and protein posted by cyborg, great stuff. I will get further into all that later.
