Need some advice. What do I do if I program a combo bolus and my blood sugar drops too low during the time the combo bolus is active? Do I cancel the combo bolus and treat the low or keep it going and treat the low? What about if my blood sugar goes high when the combo bolus is active? Do I keep the combo bolus going and take additional insulin (based on the Insulin on Board amount my pump tells me) or do I just wait it out until the combo bolus is finished?

Tough one....all I can say is watch the BG closely.
If you are low it may be because the combo wasn't done at the right percent or cause you gave to much. Depending on how low you may need to treat to go up, wait till the insulin takes you down, and then treat if you end up high or low.
If you are high, I'm not sure how IOB would be figured in. What I mean, would it could all of the combo bolus or only the part that has been given? I'll have to play a little and figure that out.
Basically, do what you feel is right and test more often and treat as needed.
