They are my best spots. They can be bothersome when sleeping; though that has never caused a problem. I do find I hesitate when dropping my drawers so I don't catch 'em up, even if there's none there. It's a very counter-intuitive practice for a middle aged man ;)

Ditto what X said. "Tush" sites are some of my most comfortable and most effective sites, but watch out when undressing!
