It would be nice to have different carb ratios for different days. For example days when i am in school i need to bolus less than when i am sitting at home. also on school days i need to bolus a lot more for breakfast for some reason but if i bolus that much on the weekend, i go super low. its really strange and annoying but right now i just do manual boluses for these occasions. It shouldnt be too hard to update this on the next mm pump should it?

Closest thing to that is on the Cozmo. You can create and label dinner boluses, like lunch, dinner, etc.. You can call em whatever you want tho...

Maybe it is your basals that need a different profile... My weekend days are much much different than my work days...

Yes I agree. that would be great. I go low on the weekend too if I bolus for a school day breakfast. I actually need more insulin on school days to cover carbs b/c I just sit in class all day and don't move!! It sucks.

The minimed pump already allows you do set different I:C ratios for different times of the day.

My basals are differnt for days I'm not doing anything vs. days I'm active. When I'm fasting dropping is not a problem but when I take a big bolus then suddenly start moving around, I get low.

I think MinimedPumper07 was looking for choosing it by day, not time of day. By using the feature on the Cozmo, you could pick when you want to use the label.

The paradigm doesn't let you choose your I:C ratio, it automatically picks based on the times you program.

The cozmo 1800 has a weekly schedule feature that will automatically change your set basal pattern on each day as programmed. So on Saturday it will go to the weekend schedule and then switch back where you need it on Monday. This helps out if you are forgetful like I am. But I think you can only set bolus ratios by time of day.
