I am one not to do without my desert and am always looking for something tasty that is within my goals of carbs.
I already find almost no problems with having the Byers low carb ice cream. 4 per serving. I usually have two medium sized scoops.
Wanting a sauce we have purchased the no sugar kinds in the store and they are indeed good and have no effect on my levels.
The other day I started looking at Hot Fudge recipes and discovered the ones with Coca as the base which is 3 carbs a tablespoon. If you make the cooked kind using the Hood low carb milk and splenda, smart balance instead of butter you can have a very nice hot chocolate sauce that makes you feel like your really cheating. But with only a few carbs per serving.
I am not giving any particular recipe, just look in your cookbooks or online for Hot Fudge Sauce made with Coca and modify the recipe as I suggest. Yummy
