I am looking for help with my bionime test meter

I am not sure where to go to ask this question, so here I am. I have a bionime test meter that I love. However, the batteries in it died and when I put in the new batteries, it still does not work. If anyone has a bionime and can help I would appreciate it. You can send me an email at eveunger@yahoo.com.

if you still have the papers and books that came with the meter, look for a phone number for support. the will probably send you a new meter. most companies will just to keep you as a customer. If not send for one of the free meters mentioned in other posts.
