This may sound like a stupid question but hey right now I am just getting over a hypo. You see I am not diabetic but I hypo fairly often, I was wondering for what reason do you all pump. Are there any people who pump because of hypos and are not diabetic. I know it may sound dumb but I consider it a learning experience.:D Feel free to PM.

Mmmm ... pumps are used to stop blood glucose going up. It sounds like you need something that will stop blood glucose going down. :o I don't think you could put anything in a pump to do that. If you have reactive hypoglycemia, the best you can do is avoid carbohydrate in meals and/or eat small amounts more often. ;)

A pump is a method of delivering insulin. Since you're not diabetic, you don't take insulin, and therefore a pump isn't for you.
