Labs in the morning!

Please pray that my morning labs tomorrow are much improved over my last ones! As many of you know, I have been really working hard to get my numbers better and to lose weight as well.

Today I got a 2.5 mile walk in again! YAY me! I won't get my results until my appt. next week but please "pray my numbers down" tonight!:D

YEAH!!!! You are doing great!! I need to go drive my walking route to see approx. how far Beau and I usually walk! He gets better all the time. Are you being pulled around a lot still? I bet some of your walking is without your dog! Today it was windy enough that our walk included some resistance training.

Jan, when I take Bear for a walk he still pulls (the Husky in him) ... not as bad as before but he is definitely what threw my back out for a while there. My collie (Lily) is much better except that she walks like a drunk ... weaves from side to side! LOL! Bear and Lily go on separate walks around my block then I take my 2 mile trek alone on our Greenway. Today was very windy here too .... so only Bear got his walk. I'll make it up to Lily soon! ;)
