Nutrition Menus

I went to visit a nutritionist a few years back, and I received a weekly diet menu. The menu changed daily, and was an exact plan of food that covered the amount of Carbs I needed.

Does anyone know where I can go to find something similar to this?

I know the American Diabetes Assoc puts out books to plan meals. They are more like cookbooks, so I don't know if that's what you're looking for.

Maybe you could go back and revisit the nutritionist? LoL maybe he/she could give you another plan like that!
