I like to put my cable tv on the disco music channel and march to the music.

I put on my nicest work out clothes, stick my iPod on my ears and play 80's stuff as I run on the treadmill...great beat and good for getting the blood pumpin'! :D

I just walk and in the house!!! I turn on the tv loud and just walk from my kitch through the dining room, living room, and sun room. Then I also do the horse chores which very soon will include exercising them for show season.

I go to the gym 5 times a week. Daily I ride the recumbent bike for 45 minutes, at varying levels (the random setting). Then on Mondays I do upper body weights, Wednesdays are lower body, and Fridays are total body.
I take weekends off from exercise. :)

I walk 2.5 miles a day with my dogs, bike ride, kayak and rollerblade. I also use my recumbent bike for 45 minutes on random on rainy days. I have a treadmill, but until my son moves out, my exercise room is out of commission.

I don't have a routine, I'm happy to reinvent my workout every day. Today I slept in so after work I'll go to my garage and hit vast collection of free or nearly free exercise equipment for strength training. After that I'll load up Riley, my 20 lb grandson into the nearly free backpack carrier and walk with him up to the top of the nearby hill for a nice view of the sunset over Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains of upstate NY. It's a 4 mile round trip. Sometimes I keep walking all the way to the town line, that's an 8 mile trip with some extra steep hills!
Yesterday I spent the day snowboarding. Spring time is so nice, but the good weather drew quite a crowd by mid day. I think I'll chop and stack some firewood tomorrow. (no crowds for that)

When the weather is nice, on days off I play golf--walking, never in a cart.
Mostly I use a HealthRider, get full workout in less time than anything else I've found.

I watch scary movies. It gets my heart rate up and then my exercise is done for the day :D I hear you can burn major calories this way, if only I could lay off the extra butter popcorn and coke.

I have been going to our local Greenway on nice days and walking 2 miles. I try to also walk my dog another .5 to 1 mile as well. One bad weather days, I do stretching and aerobic type exercises and now have started using my mini trampoline. Ya gotta have music to do that! ;)

Our city is not real big on sidewalks, so my DH and I walk up to the church at the corner, walk around their parking lot about 4 or 5 times and come back. My pedometer says we get in about 1.3 miles doing that every night.
I also park on the other side of the building and walk around. At .1 miles, that's .4 miles a day, which adds up to an extra 2 miles a week!
I am a completely non-outdoorsy type person, and can't afford a gym membership. Wish I had a treadmill, but there you are...
Gotta take advantage of what's available!

I don't exercise really :T I just walk to and from my various transports to and from work... (first have 5 minutes walk to busstop, then walk from bus to train then from train to another train or bus, and then another bus, and then it's the same again in the afternoon, but the other direction) And i guess you could call my work being 8h of weightlifting LOL I lift different sized, different weight boxes all day long... But i don't do exercise just for the heck of it...
