How many carbs should I be having for Brekky/Lunch/Dinner/Snacks, I weigh 85kg(187lb) and not trying to lose or gain weight.
My Doc has me on a max of 60 carbs per meal.

That's a huge question.
Don't eat too much but eat enough for energy.
Sometimes you have to cut back more just to keep the BGs in check. I limit my breakfast to 35g. Any more and I spike badly.

Ditto, especially the breakfast amount... Cereal is out of the question for me. A recently found the Thomas Light Multigrain English Muffins, 16g after subtracting fiber.
Other meals, I TRY to stick to under 60g, but not always do-able. I never used to watch amounts too closely, but have learned/accepted that I need to limit it to keep readings in better control...

That depends who you listen to and how well you tollerate carbs....
For your weight, most 'conventional' nutritionists would put you on approaching 300g of carbs each day. Some T1's on here low carb (less than 30g each day).
Personally, I eat around 220-250g of carbs each day and am not too dissimilar to you in weight. If you feel good, are maintaining the weight you want, feel that your diet is OK for your long term health and it doesn't affect your BG too badly then keep doing it :)

Essentially, you have to do what it takes to achieve your control objectives. And the amount of carbs you eat is your biggest controllable variable. To me, an HBA1c of less than 6.5% is acceptable, but I would really like to see it below 6.0%. And I know from experience that I need to limit my carbs to 60 grams a day to achieve this.
Some people seem to be able to eat unlimited amounts of carb, cover it with insulin and still achieve acceptable control. If you are able to do this, there is no need to restrict carbohydrate. But don't fool yourself. You are going to have to live with this condition for the rest of your life. Ultimately, how much carb you eat is a personal decision that only you can make. ;)
