These are good for breakfast or for a snack.

Fruit Base:
1 1/4 cups craisins
4 tsp splenda
1/2 tsp stevia
1/2 tsp orange zest

Crumble topping:
2 eggs(I use egg beaters)
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
3/4 cup almonds, ground
3/4 cup whey protein
1 tsp stevia
8 tsp splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger

Other:
1/3 cup butter/margarine, melted

1. Spray a 9" x 13" x 2" baking dish with cooking spray. Put the craisins into the dish. Sprinkle with the spenda, stevia and orange zest. Stir them to evenly distribute the sweeteners and allow them to rest while preparing the rest of the recipe.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the eggs and yogurt, mixing wel. Set this mixture aside.

3. In another mixing bowl, combine the almonds through the ginger. Put half of the dry ingredients into the egg/yogurt mixture and stir until combined. Pour this mixture over the craisins, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remainibng dry ingredients over the batter. Drizze the butter over the top of the dry sprinkle. Bake the bars for about 35 minutes at 350F unti they become golden brown on top. Makes about 20 bars
