Monthly Supply Help

I am recieving my pump next month which is paid for by vocational rehab. I was told that my supplies would range from $200-400 monthly. I do not have this kind of money and medtronics told me that I may qualify for assistance but I have not worked in the past year so I dont have income tax papers to show them. I'm in desperate need of this pump. Does anyone know how I can afford my supplies monthly?

If you did not file an income tax form, you can get a statement from the IRS saying that you didn't.

Your source of income may also help prove what you make per year. if it is all similar to Social Security or a retirement plan. Those papers should help with proof of income. Also if you have a low, or limited income, does your state offer medical assistance for low or limited income people?
This might help pay for your supplies as well.
Just a few ideas. I hope some of these may be of use.
