Need new doc in Michigan help!

Okay I like my current doc, but she is just not demanding enough of me. I want someone who will make me send in readings via email once a week. I want someone who knows the latest technology (and how it works and why). They should know how pumps work and the CGMS works. I want someone who has a dietitian and CDE as part of the group you see. (I used to have this at my Ped. Endos office. See the nurse then the dietitian, then the resident, then finally the doc). I want someone who will yell at me when I don't test 8-10 times a day. Anyone in the Detroit or Ann Arbor area will do.
If you know of anyone please let me know. I'm frustrated by my A1c and I can't seem to get it below 8 no matter what else I do.
