I'm super nervous :( But if I get rid of all these floaters I will be super happy.

How do they do that? I know you will be nervous anyway, but try to relax. I hope it goes great and those nasty little floaters are gone forever! :)

its a vitrectomy with cataract surgery. They suck out my vitreous and will give me a new lens to correct my nearsightedness.

That's double good then. :) You will be able to see better, no glasses and get rid of the floaters.

We know you're nervous. Still sending comforting thoughts your way. It'll be a snap. It's just the thought. Once you find out how smoothly it goes, you'll be able to gross people out by telling about it. ;) You'll be in the "aw, it was nothing" club. Mich

so far i only see a couple dots in my eyes. I dont know if they are floaters or blood. Also the iol didnt correct me 100% as i think i will need a weak pair of glasses to fix it.
