Crohns Disease and Diabetes

Anyone have both? has anyone seen any studies linking the two?

I understand that there is a strong link between type 1 and Crohns... its seems that if you have one auto-immune condition it is quite common to have others.

That's really interesting. I was the first t1 in my family, but a cousin on that side was later diagnosed w/Crohn's. Later her sister's son was diagnosed t1 at 17 months.

On the other side of my family I have a cousin w/Grave's disease, another autoimmune disease. Guess I was fated :(
