In dire need of guidance for MSc thesis topic

Hi,
I am astha. Currently in my 2nd yr master degree in clinical research from Cranfield university. As diabetes is A SILENT KILLER wanted to do thesis on diabetes type II but unable to choose a proper topic. If possible plz guide me.

I understand that choosing a thesis topic can be very difficult. I'd like to help but you left this wide-open. Can you narrow it down a little? What ideas have you already rejected and why? Am I right in that a thesis should break some new ground, how does one discover where the new round is without encyclopedic knowledge of what's already been covered? What types of T2 related topics interest you?
