Greetings, Newbie from Florida

Hello everyone, just wanted to introduce myself and said Hi!
I've just been diagnosed Type 2 and will probably have tons of questions. This is going to be a long learning experience for me as I'm having a hard time with the diet issue as well :( I hope to benefit from all the knowledge and members here and maybe make a few friends along the way :)

And you have one monsterous learning curve in front of you. Seems we're all a little different as to what we can eat, how we medicate. Stuff like that.

I can't thank you all enough for all the welcomes :) It's just SO frustrating since I'm dealing with alot of meds for my asthma/allergies/cholesterol and high blood pressure. I'm praying that perhaps the bp med might drop out of the cocktail soon.
