Triglycerides 54 (down from 59)
LDL - 106 (up from 87)
HDL - 61(up from 43)
VLDL - 11 (down from 12)

Not much change. I've been eating bacon and eggs for breakfast a few times a week to see what would happen since I work from home now. Both my LDL and HDL went up a bit, while my Triglycerides went down... :hmmmm:

Because of the increase in HDL, your risk ratio (TC/HDL) declined from 3.3 to 2.9. Thats good! ;)
