How often do you change the basal setings on your pump, to keep bg's level?

In the 2.5 years I've been pumping (and after the initial "tweaking" period), I have only had to change my basal rates twice.

Have you done any basal testing?

By 'changing basals', do you mean how many times does my rate change in a 24 hour period or how often do I have to change them overall?

I'll answer both. In a 24 hour period, I have 11 changes in my basal rate.

I've been pumping less than a month, but several periods of the day have changed already.... I wouldn't like to put a number on it.

The great thing about pumping is that if one bit of your day changes you just fiddle the basals to fix that bit rather than fouling up the whole 24 hour period.
