Hello from Mysore, India

Hello everyone!

I'm Soundar, male and aged 67 years, have been diagnosed as Type 2 a few days ago when my PPBS reading was recorded at 465 mg/dl. I have been on medication since then, and ofcourse on a strict diet too! While I was browsing info on Type 2 conditions, how to manage, etc, I stumbled on this group. I'm sure by joining this group I would be able to know more about my condition and manage it effectively.
