Intro

Hi, Folks,
Nice to be in the forum. i have been reading notes, opinions, concerns on the forum but had not posted intro till date. but reading so often made me to reassure my self the world is so small and wonderful.

Shorten my Intro, That i have this partner (diabetic)initially identied due to stress on work front,been with me since 18 years.i enjoy my life with controlled food habits, regular walk, lot of laughter therepy and oral medications.

Welcome asshenoy, glad you found the forums. There's lots of great information and friendly people here. Its always good to know there are so many other diabetics around willing to offer advice and encouragement, it does make the world seem smaller.
