Morning ya'll!
I am new here. But not really new to diabetes. I was told I had it a long time ago, but fluffed it off. Well, I have to relearn how to take care of myself better-if I want to be around to see a couple of crepe myrtles, that I planted, reach maturity. I have been told I have type 2. I am currently taking Lantus in the evening and glucophage in the morning. Thanks for letting me post.

Thanks for the welcomes! Sure is nice to know that someone else has denied their diabetes at one time too. I guess I couldn't be bothered with diabetes then. I used to skip lunch for I would be busy doing things in the yard. Now, I have to eat. Then
comes that sleepy feeling-time for a nap...zzzzzz oh, I know that's not the best thing in the world to do after eating...but it helps me to energize for the rest of the day.
